 Description

The Cowgirl Experience Series will launch with Cowgirl LEAD, a two-and-a-half day program designed for current and aspiring women leaders. The first Cowgirl LEAD will focus on aspects of leadership, communication, and problem-solving.

Clinicians and National Cowgirl Museum & Hall of Fame Honorees Dr. Eleanor Green and RADM (ret.) Christina Alvarado Shanahan will bring their extensive leadership skills to the stable, using hands-on activities with the horse to model and practice effective communication and leadership principles.

Cowgirl LEAD will be hosted at Iron Horse Farms near Weatherford, TX, and will be limited to 10 participants. In addition to high-quality group learning, attendees will enjoy beautiful accommodations on the Weatherford town square, authentic chuck-wagon meals, hands-on learning with horses (no experience necessary), takeaway seminar materials, camaraderie and fun!
