Welcome to the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame

Effective Wednesday, August 18, all staff, volunteers, contractors, and visitors over the age of two must wear a mask over the nose and mouth while indoors at the museum.  

This decision is in accordance with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control, which recommends indoor mask wearing for all people in areas of high transmission, regardless of vaccination status. We will continue to monitor CDC guidelines and update these health and safety measures as needed. 

If you’re sick, please visit us another time. 
For the safety of all visitors and staff, anyone who is sick or has any sign of a respiratory illness should stay home.

Children (4-11) $6
Children under 4 free with paid adult admission
Cowgirl Family Special: (2 adults & up to 4 children) $36

* Tuesday - Saturday: 10am - 5pm
* Sunday: 12pm-5pm
* Closed Mondays

Closed Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day  and New Year’s Day.    Museum hours subject to change.

Celebrate the 45th annual induction of our newest honorees on Tuesday, October 26th, by visiting the museum as our guest.  FREE ADMISSION ALL DAY OCTOBER 26TH!


 What are we doing to keep us all safe?

  • Buy Your Tickets Here - Advance purchase of tickets reduces contact and check-in time.  Tickets may also be purchased at the museum on the day of your visit. 

  • Effective Wednesday, August 18, all staff, volunteers, contractors, and visitors over the age of two must wear a mask over the nose and mouth while indoors at the museum.  

  • Frequent cleaning of contact points throughout the day: credit card machines, doors, restrooms, elevator, etc.

  • Hand Sanitizer is available at the Visitor Desk, restrooms and a variety of contact points throughout the Museum.

  • The store and on-line store are closed for renovations at this time. 

The National Cowgirl Museum houses several indoor galleries on two floors and an outdoor gallery, the Alice Walton Cowgirl Park, located directly behind the museum on the corner of Gendy and Harley. Allow at least 45 minutes for your visit indoors.

COWGIRL MUSEUM MEMBERS ALWAYS PARK FREE! Cowgirl Museum Members, parking in the Museum Lot is free with a voucher from the Visitor's Desk, based on availability. The Museum Lot is located at Harley & Montgomery Streets.
