About the artist:

Debbie Little-Wilson is an award winning artist and print maker who works in intaglio as well as solar etching, serigraphy and mezzotint. Little-Wilson always wanted to be a cowgirl. When she came to Texas to study printmaking at UT Austin, she never left. "When I began using images of the women of the west, particularly the early rodeo cowgirls and the working cattle women , I realized I had found the female heroes I had been searching for" says Little-Wilson.
